Can I make changes to my order?

In our attempt to process and ship your order as fast as possible, in most cases, orders cannot be changed or canceled after they are placed. Don't worry, though; feel free to reach out, and we can see what we can do to help you out!

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment, but feel free to reach out, and we can see if something can be arranged.

What are your payment options?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Auntie Nono's Gift Cards, PayPal, and Shopify Pay. No coins, please.

What carriers do you use?

We currently use USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

What is your return policy?

While we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened items, we want you to be 100% happy with our products and your purchase. Please contact us via the chat bubble on our site to address any concerns.

What is your shipping policy?

Currently, we are not shipping outside of the United States. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours and often ship out the same day. We use 2-day Priority Shipping on most orders, and on average, your package should arrive in 3-4 days.

When will my order ship?

All orders placed Monday through Friday by 2 PM EST ship the same day! This excludes some Holidays and unforeseen situations outside of our control. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has shipped from
